Conditions for Returns

We can decline returns of merchandise that do not meet the return as mentioned above criteria at our discretion. Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced merchandise. Unfortunately, sale products are not eligible for refunds. However, this exception may not apply to you if the relevant laws prohibit it.

We cannot be held accountable for damaged or lost return shipment products. Therefore, We suggest an insured and trackable mail service. We can only issue a refund with the original receipt of the items or proof of the received return parcel.
